These terms cover the use of coadaptconsulting.com and enquiries made through it. They are published by Coadapt Consulting, 2001 Market Street, Suite 2500, Philadelphia, PA 19103.

What the site is for

The site describes how we offer and sell .com names. Nothing on it is an offer to sell a particular name at a particular price. A figure becomes binding only in a written agreement signed by both sides.

Enquiries

Sending the form or an email does not oblige you or us to anything. A figure we quote in writing stays open for 30 days unless the message says otherwise, and we may withdraw a name that has not yet been agreed.

Sales

Each sale is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out the address, the figure, the escrow service, who pays its fees, and how the name is moved. Where the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Names and trade marks

We hold descriptive names made of ordinary words. If you believe one of them conflicts with a mark you own, write to us and we will look at it promptly and in good faith.

Using the site

Please do not send the form automatically, try to get around the verification check, or use the site to send unsolicited messages. The text and design of the site are ours; you may quote short passages with a link back.

Liability

We keep the information here accurate, but it is general and may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site alone, outside a signed agreement.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
